Sub-processors
Third-party service providers used by GeniuzQuiz

Overview
GeniuzQuiz uses the following sub-processors to provide our services. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and maintain compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 standards.
We will notify users at least 30 days in advance of adding new sub-processors or making material changes to existing ones.

Cloudflare, Inc.
Sub-processor Requirements
All GeniuzQuiz sub-processors are required to:
- ✓Sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with equivalent privacy obligations
- ✓Maintain SOC 2 Type II or equivalent security certification
- ✓Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
- ✓Process data only on documented instructions from GeniuzQuiz
- ✓Ensure confidentiality of all personnel with data access
- ✓Notify GeniuzQuiz of any data breaches within 24 hours
- ✓Delete or return all data upon termination of services
- ✓Comply with GDPR, CCPA, and all applicable privacy laws
Change Notification
GeniuzQuiz will notify customers at least 30 days in advance of:
- • Adding new sub-processors
- • Making material changes to existing sub-processors
- • Changing data processing locations
Customers may object to such changes within the notification period. If we cannot accommodate the objection, customers may terminate their agreement without penalty.
